Inside the Lab

Bench Craftsmanship, Digital Backbone

We use a combination of analog and digital techniques. Cases are designed in CAD and produced by milling or 3D printing where digital serves them best, then finished by hand at the bench: waxing, porcelain, fitting, and polish. We accept intraoral scans as open files and keep digital cases on record, so a remake, spare, or second unit starts from the original design instead of a new impression.

  • Accepts iTero, TRIOS, Medit, and other scanners that export STL files
  • Zirconia, custom abutments, and digital dentures designed in CAD
  • PFM and layered porcelain built by hand at the bench

Materials We Build With

We build with FDA-listed materials:

  • Ultralux, our house-label zirconia (Origin Beyond+ by B&D Dental on request)
  • IPS e.max lithium disilicate
  • Diamond D high-impact denture acrylic
  • TCS thermoplastics for metal-free partials: Unbreakable, iFlex & Karadent
  • VITA, Kulzer & Portrait IPN denture teeth
  • Erkodent thermoforming for ortho appliances

Request a starter kit on the Getting Started page, or connect your scanner from the Send a Scan page. Either one opens your account.

Send the Case

Courier pickup on our own routes across the San Gabriel Valley and greater Los Angeles, or prepaid return labels from anywhere else. Include a lab slip, paper or digital.

Seat It

Every product runs on a published schedule: an average of 8 business days in-lab across our services, with exact times on each product page.
